Roger and I want to thank you for the remodeling work you did on our house. Now that we're actually living in it, it's hard to imagine this house was ever anything but perfect!

 

But I am sure you remember well, when you took over this project the place was in shambles, literally. We had made all the classic mistakes in choosing our first remodeling crew, and what you inherited was a house stripped down to bare bones, illegally done electrical work, chaos, dirt, and no cohesive plan whatsoever.

 

You turned it into a orderly procession of professional workers who accomplished their jobs in the most exemplary of ways; with a combination of hard work and artistry, as well as a respect for my wishes. In every step of the way, you offered us options that included not only style and function but practical financial considerations. Your assistance in choosing the right tiles for the floor and bathrooms, for example. And then you turned that nightmare of a master bath (I called it "the Turkish prison bath") into a custom built shower spa of such style that it's pretty much my favorite room, still.

 

Although we chose to go with a simple, clean, breezy look, the details that we chose (tile, wood windowsills, granite counters) were all done with such exceptional attention to personalizing and detailing, and the end result is elegant and beautiful.
